Description

Unlike the salty, fishy, dark-brown anchovy filets of pizza fame, White Anchovies are prized for their mild flavor and delicate texture. They’re canned without a salt cure, so they stay plump and light in color, and are an excellent source of protein, calcium and vitamin B-12.*  The anchovies are also responsibly harvested, allowing us to enjoy the health and environmental benefits of eating lower on the food chain. This sampler has all three of our delicious varieties: Lemon Olive, Roasted Garlic and fiery Spicy.
